How can I get a flooring estimate?

You can request a basic, free estimate by using our Quote Calculator or giving us a call. We’ll ask a few quick questions about your space and arrange a time to visit and measure, so we can provide an accurate, no-obligation quote.

What is the installation timeline?

Most installations take between one and five days depending on the size of the area and the type of flooring. We’ll give you a clear timeline before we start and keep you updated every step of the way.

Do you provide maintenance services?

Yes., we sure do! We offer professional maintenance for timber and laminate floors, including sanding, polishing, recoating, and minor repairs to keep your floors looking their best for years to come.

Can I see samples of the flooring?

Absolutely. We can bring samples to your home during your estimate visit so you can see how different colours and finishes look in your space and lighting.

How do I care for my new flooring?

Regular sweeping or vacuuming and cleaning with a damp (not wet) mop will help protect your floors. Avoid harsh chemicals and use felt pads under furniture to prevent scratches. We’ll also provide care tips specific to your chosen flooring type.

What warranties do you provide?

Our workmanship is backed by a satisfaction guarantee, and most of the flooring products we install come with manufacturer warranties for additional peace of mind.
